A year ago I came home from school with a swarm of yellow jackets in my living room. I called Preferred Pest Control and they came out right away and took care of the uninvited guests. Since then I have had to call for several pest problems and have always been treated kindly from the secretary to the workers. They are very professional and we have been so impressed we decided to get their Preferred Choice package. We are truly grateful for this wonderful company! We highly recommend them for any of your pest problems!

In less than 45 minutes of finding the bug, calling them, and having a meltdown, their van pulls into my driveway! The gentleman and who I spoke with on the phone (and Cody) were professional, polite, kind, and informative. Cody came out and was gone in less than 30 minutes. He assured we were taken care of and eased my anxiety about the situation. I do NOT do bugs, especially not in my house. Their prices are affordable and unbeatable.
